The Process

Keep it simple and do it well; that's our approach.

Option 1 - Search and Shortlist

  1. E-mail your vacancy.
  2. The CPU will draft your advert and email it back to you for your final approval.
  3. Once approved, The CPU will post your advert onto the relevant job boards and it will usually go live the same day

Once your vacancy is live, our experienced CV response team will manually filter and screen the CV's to any pre-agreed criteria. We will work closely with you to make sure that only candidates with the relevant qualifications and experience are short listed and put forward for the position.

In the unlikely event of poor response to or advert we will also do a search of the CV databases we subscribe to.

Option 2 - Search and Select

Just give us your job brief and we will do the rest. We will advertise the vacancy onto the specialist job boards and our sourcing team will search the net for suitable candidates. We will prepare a short list for our pre-selection interview and only the strongest candidates will be put forward for interview with your selection panel.
