We recognise that not every company will have the exact same requirement. We therefore offer two e- recruitment options, one of which will fulfill most company needs.
Option 1- Search and Shortlist
This is designed for companies who have the infrastructure and trained staff to handle all the complexities of the interview and selection processes. We make a small charge to cover the cost of advertising on the relevant job boards, CV searching and short-listing. Payment is with order and we offer a comprehensive service guarantee, with a money back provision should we fail to deliver suitable responses to match your pre-agreed criteria, within the first 4 weeks.
Option 2- Search and Select
This is our full search and selection facility with a guarantee to deliver suitable candidates at a lower rate than traditional recruitment agencies. This is our 'no win, no fee' option and payment is only made when the candidate takes up employment.
